Our trails feature both on water and on land, offering different levels of difficulty to ensure there is something for every type of explorer. The Murray River Lakes & Coorong offers many opportunities to walk or hike through our stunning surroundings. A range of walks and trails of varying lengths and degrees of difficulty are on offer. From picturesque waterfalls to historical town walks, there is plenty to keep you active on your next visit to the region.

Mountain Biking

Strap the helmet on and jump on your bike. Around the Murray River Lakes & Coorong there is various trails with a range of difficulty ratings - from white (very easy) to double black (extremely difficult) but sure to know what is suitable for you. Our Mountain Bike tracks involve a range of surfaces, gradients and at times obstacles. Cruise the Coorong, Mannum, Murray Bridge, Tailem Bend and many other hot spots. We can provide insight into a range to distances and sights to see for all fitness levels. Whether you are out on a family paddle, squeezing in a fun fitness session before brunch or racing your competitive companion in a marathon trip; you will find something to suit all your desires.
