Our Murray River Lakes and Coorong region’s tourism industry supports spiritual, social, heritage and cultural beliefs and values of Aboriginal people. This is beyond a dictionary definition of ‘Country’ on a map and includes stories, resources and places with a connection to ancestors and often being the custodians and caretakers of their land.
